Who We Are
Happy Tails Pet Rescue is a small non-profit, no-kill rescue organization in Massachusetts and New Hampshire run entirely by dedicated volunteers who have joined together to save unwanted and abandoned cats.
We were founded to take in animals from other rescues and shelters who were going to be euthanized as a result of behavior problems, overpopulated shelters, or financial burden. We also accept surrenders from families who can no longer care for their pets, and work with other rescues to accept animals from hoarding and closed MA and NH animal rescue and breeding operations.
Our Mission
We believe that all animals deserve to be treated with respect and integrity and we are committed to giving them a second chance at finding loving forever homes.
We strive to work with area shelters, other rescues and humane organizations to develop a network of supporters and volunteers in order to create a better world for homeless pets.
